Pinnacle AFK
Player-facing guidance for the plugins used on Pinnacle SMP.

UTILITY
Pinnacle AFK provides manual and optional automatic AFK status, a complete movement and action lock, visible AFK markers, announcements, and delayed damage protection.
PLAYER COMMAND Going AFK
Use /afk when you need to step away from the game. The same command returns you from AFK mode.
Command

/pafk list | Lists online players who are currently AFK. |
/pafk status <player> | Checks an online player's AFK status. |
/pafk remove <player> | Removes AFK status from an online player. |
What Happens While AFK
- [AFK] is shown with your name in the player list and above your character.
- Your position and view direction are locked, and normal gameplay actions such as combat, block use, inventories, item movement, projectiles, teleports, and portals are blocked.
- The server announces when you go AFK and when you return.
- After a short delay, you become protected from normal damage while still AFK.
- Your existing rank, team, tab-list formatting, and team mechanics remain intact and return normally when AFK mode ends.
- AFK status is cleared safely on death, disconnect, or an administrator removal.
Recommended Use
- Move to a safe location before going AFK.
- Run
/afkand wait for the protection confirmation. - When you return, run
/afkagain before trying to move.
Important Notes
Protection is delayed. Do not assume you are immediately invincible the moment you type
/afk.Automatic AFK detection is optional and may be disabled by the server. When you enter AFK manually, use
/afk again to return; ordinary movement does not clear the lock.
